THE CHALLENGE

Jet Group needed to shift the brand to appeal to end users and drive the corporate acquisition strategy for North America. 

PROCESS

We created a new name and brand identity for Jet Group, adding value to all brands in the portfolio and driving a customer-centric mindset across the entire company. 

We also worked with the US team to create and execute an Ideal Customer Experience strategy, positioning the company as a leader in safety and productivity. 

THE OUTCOME

“SureWerx USA needed to merge two companies, and create a US presence for our brand. We were grappling with two different cultures, product lines, & ways to go to market.
